Upgrading to wireless?

I'm completely helpless when it comes to laptops. I have a Presario 700 that's had overheating problems in the past (but seems to be working okay for now). However, I'm strongly considering upgrading to a Dell Inspiron 700m with this $750 deal.*

However, I think that if I could get wireless hooked up in this Presario, I'd forego the Inspiron and wait another two years or so to replace it (as I really should get a new desktop first). However, I have no idea whether it's possible to install a wireless card into this laptop -- and more importantly, how much the card and potential installation fees will run me.

Any laptop savvy people able to offer help, or at least other sites that might be of assistance?





* In an earlier post, I asked about paying for the Dell via check. Turns out that wouldn't be necessary. Now I'm just double guessing whether I should even make the purchase.
