Do I really need to sign up from another pc? (party skins question)

I have already an account at party and would like to make another at Empire. Do I need to do this from another pc or can I still do some regedit trick? Where can I find out about this?

the redigt trick has been working for some people and failing for others. after trying a couple different things from a couple different angles, i gave up, called my little bro, and had him create an account for me. it only took about ten minutes on the phone walking him through it. this is the easiest and mots sure way to go.

For next time, just remember you don't need to do all that. There's a registry key you can delete and it'll allow you to install as many skins as you want.

easy party skins signup procedure:

step 1: do you have friends or family members?
if YES, go to step 2.

step 2: do you have friends or family members with PC's?
if YES, go to step 3.

step 3: do you know where these friends or family members live?
if YES, go to step 4.

step 4: do you have a means of transportation in order to get to said address?
if YES, go to step 5.
