For a 6 person tournament you could go with this setup

20 x $5
16 x $25
8 x $50
1 x $100

Total of T1000 start the blinds at 5/10 or 10/20 and progress from there.

5x 100 = 500
5x 50 = 250
8x 25 = 200
15 x 5 = 45
5 x 1 = 5
= 1000

you could just make it 16 $5 and not use the 1's but with the 1's u can have 3/6 blinds or something like that you'll have to decide that bit...
