Re: Early KK hand. Analysis Please
Raise more preflop, even though you are the first one in. When the flop is two-suited and have all kinds of nasty straight draws you have to bet more than half the pot. I would bet at least 150 here.
On the turn I would push all in after he raises you, unless you have a read on the player that tells you otherwise. Too big of a pot and there is a good chance you are ahead. Sometimes the other guy will show you a set, but often enough he will have AJ or some draw here. |

Re: Early KK hand. Analysis Please
yeah I knew my flop bet was weak was greedily hoping for a reraise. In hindsight he woulda called about any bet on flop including all in and caught. I think I was destined to lose all my chips on this one. I doubt he folds to a large PF raise.

Re: Early KK hand. Analysis Please
Playing KK and AA like this is absolutely terrible play, most like zero or -EV. You are letting all these players in for cheap, then trying to milk them later. In many cases the players who will call after the flop will have you beat (2 pair, etc). You really want to be heads up at most, not letting 3+ players see the flop for cheap and then going all in or nothing once they see if they hit a hand.

How much do you suggest raising as first one in?
