Default NW Poker League games?

Has anyone been to the NW Poker League events in Portland? I live in Seattle and have been curious about them for a while. Are they fun? I'm thinking about getting a group together to drive down and check it out. Is the reason that this isn't in WA because we have so many regular card rooms? Thanks, Eric.

Which poker league are you talking about? I live in Portland and haven't heard of this. I know about the Rounders Club and also Poker Meetup.

I don't think Washington's cardrooms are relevant for the discussion of "amateur" poker tournaments. The laws for home games in Oregon are reasonable, the difference is that in Washington it is possible to be certified for a professional cardroom without being affiliated with a tribal organization. AFAIK.
