Hi All-
I recently tried to open up an account with neteller, and after a close account, a failure at email support, and a chat with their CS representative on the phone, I've been informed my name and social security number do not match. I've been instructed to drive to my local social security office to pick up a "third party verification form" to have them stamp, then fax that to neteller. Anyone else have to do this? Is it a standard operating procedure? Thanks for any comments. -Todd Note: I am 18, and have no line of credit (to the best of my knowledge). I think this may have something to do with it? |

yes i had to do it. yes it is a pain in the ass and after i got it the first time they said it was the wrong thing then i had to go back and the ss office said they couldnt give me what i needed as i dont receive benefits from them. so i took the original paper the ss office gave me and included my license, birth certificate, and social security card in the scan and sent an email explaining what the ss office told me and they put it through as soon as i called them about 2 hours later
