Default My aggression

Through 35K hands at 3/6, my aggression numbers are as follows. I really am not sure how to interpret them, but I get the impression that they may be too high. Any input would be appreciated.

Frop - 3.4
Turn - 3.28
River - 2.47
Total - 3.15

I think they're fine. At least I hope so, mine are not too far off from what you listed.

my frop and turn aggression are much lower... my river about the same... this prolly means i'm a big pansy on two out of three streets

Yours is bigger than mine.

On the other hand, my overall winrate this year (about 75k hands of 3/6, 5/10, and 5/10 6max) is 1.98 BB/100. Perhaps I rely more on player reads and my hand reading skills than pure aggression.

I have actually been trying to cut down on my aggression a little bit. I think I'm raising a tad too much, but maybe not if you guys have about the same.

About 2.0 per street here with the highest street being the river. Playing with lots of aggression isn't really a problem but I don't think it is the best way to go. I like to do a lot of bluff inducing, waiting to raise lines and "slowplaying" and that brings my AF down a lot. I'm not really into the raise/fold mentality that is sometimes advocated because by raising you only make the pot bigger and this makes folding a lot more sketch imo.

Interesting, my river AF is always the lowest other than preflop.

Its FLOP not FROP.

I can picture it now, Pokerbob at his regular BM game talking to the new TAG.

Pokerbob..."SupBro?"
TAG......"All Country 95"
Pokerbob looking miserably at his stack....."I keep getting great cards but lousy FROPS."

Same for me. I'm fairly sure this is the most profitable way to play.
