Default River Choices With MidPair

I only have 33 hands of BB, but I'm 80% sure he's loose aggressive. Obviously no reads on UTG+1.

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. UTG+1 posts a blind of $1.
1 fold, UTG+1 (poster) checks, 6 folds, Hero completes, BB raises, UTG+1 calls, Hero calls.

Don't really know why I didn't raise PF, No reason not to.

Flop: (6 SB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, BB calls, UTG+1 calls.

Turn: (4.50 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, BB calls, UTG+1 calls.

River: (7.50 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, BB bets

Your line if UTG+1 folds? Your line if UTG calls? How often do you think B doesn't have an A if you do call?

Were you expecting a raise on the flop?

I think I only SD HU. I don't like my odds of BB not having an ace, if he's a LAG, then this play with AX is quite plausible. If only you had raised PF.....

I am definitely not overcalling here. If UTG folds I am throwing in a crying bet. There is probably only about a 10-15 percent chance you have induced BB to bluff with KQs, KJs, QJs or a lower pocket pair than yours (which a LAG might raise PF with), but since those are pretty much the odds you are getting, I think it's a call.

Obviously, the preflop raise would have helped.

Here, I call if UTG+1 folds. I fold if he calls. I might be one guy, but I don't think I'm good against two guys with an A on board.

I don't like this ace with BB raising preflop.

I think I'm folding, who else is with me?

Since BB shows LAG tendencies, I assume he likes to bluff as well. In that case, I like check/calling this river. Against passive opponents I would likely bet/fold it.

I'm folding if UTG+1 calls, calling if he folds.

I read that he's laggy, I like calling if the other guys out of the hand then.

Against someone whos a decent player, I fold this no matter what.

I'll call, but not overcall. If you had JJ instead of 99, I would even consider overcalling. Are you good 1 in 8.5 here? One thing that surprised me at 1/2 was how much bluffing there was on the river with missed draws, from all textures of opponents.
