Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter
Preflop: Hero is Button with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. UTG calls, MP raises, 1 fold, Hero 3-bets, SB calls, 1 fold, UTG calls, MP caps, Hero calls, SB calls, UTG calls. Flop: (17 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players) SB checks, UTG checks, MP bets, Hero calls, SB calls, UTG calls. Turn: (10.50 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players) SB checks, UTG checks, MP bets, Hero calls, SB calls, UTG calls. River: (14.50 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players) SB checks, UTG checks, MP bets, Hero calls, SB folds, UTG calls. Final Pot: 17.50 BB MP Villian is TAG over 800 hands. I don't know what kind of read he has on me since these are datamined hands mostly. I sat down at this table an orbit or two ago. SB and UTG are fools and I wasn't worried about them at all. The river was the tough street for me. It's unlikely that MP is pushing an underpair into 3 opponents on the river. It's also unlikely that he has a worse A since he capped. But the pot at this point is 15BB so I couldn't pull the trigger. On a scale of 1-10, how bad is calling? I'm thinking a 6. Krishan |

Re: Blargg
I think the river call is fine. If I were MP I would probably just keep betting with KK/QQ hoping everyone had draws/underpairs. Also I might cap ATs PF in his shoes sometimes.

Re: Blargg
dan, do you see any benefit in raising the flop or turn? In situations like these in multiway pots I don't really know whether to raise or not. If the flop had 2 of a suit, would your answer change?

[/ QUOTE ] No not really. Your position is so tenuous here that you just want to see a SD as cheaply as possible. |
