possible party upgrade problem

Hey all, just checked which freeroll entries I have from playing the wsop steps last night and they all seem to be missing? I had at least one step 4, two step 3's, two step 2's and several step 1's.

Think you guys best check this out, Ray.

Bumping for ya but I think you need to call Party Poker support instead of seeing if anyone else has the same problem. If it's only you, you still gotta get on the phone and make some noise, no?

I had the same problem today. I sent them an email and it was fixed within about 30 minutes.
