20-40 - KQ 3 bet from button
Great 20-40 at Brantford Charity, villain is button and is a regular, I'd say he's beating the game, but isn't one of the best regulars.
In a previous hand I open raised 78s from hijack - bet all the way and showed it down when I rivered 2pair on a K7358 board. I also led-3 bet on several big hands and 1 made draw, all were shown down. Small blind is loose bad, big blind is a tight/pro. I open raise KQo from UTG+1. Folded to the villain who 3 bets on the button. Blinds fold, I call. Flop: Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] I check and call. Turn: 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] I check and call. River: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] I bet planning to fold to a raise. I felt JJ/TT would pay me off here, and this fit into his range of PF raising hands. I also thought my stop n go on the flush getting there may have been enough to not get a raise from KK or AA (as this villain was in one of the hands I led 3 bet on the river) - villain also isn't as aggro as some other regulars - but he is not passive. Re: 20-40 - KQ 3 bet from button
what about a c/r on the turn as its a rag and your making him pay if hes drawing to the flush with big overcards (AKs possibly), if your 3-betted a decision between calling down or folding....
