Soft 10/20 Games in Atlantic City
I'm new to the area and this Board. Looking to play 10/20 ring games in AC. Any guidance to the "softest" games in town? What casinos should I avoid?
Thanks in advance. Peace |

Re: Soft 10/20 Games in Atlantic City
I think you'll have better luck with this in the B&M Cardrooms forum. Or perhaps the Mid- High- Limit forum, as I don't believe you're asking about NL (?)

Re: Soft 10/20 Games in Atlantic City
just in case you are asking about NL, you will get strange looks asking for 10/20 games on the east coast, generally we have 10/25 games played with all red and green.

Re: Soft 10/20 Games in Atlantic City
nypc allegedly has a 10/25 but it hasn't gone the few times I've been there to play , the old skyl used to have 10/25 once in a blue moon. if the ps game gets bumped up which almost never happens it's to 10/25.
the borgata PL which has allegedly moved to the trop is still an ultradeep 5/10 to the best of my knoweledge. I am pretty sure the borgata's 1k cap 5/10 NL game took some action from the 5/10 PL. apparently the borg game used to get kicked up to 10/25 sometimes but I was never there for that. it's 10/25 becuase it's easier to use quarters than have a hundred zillion reds on the table, and $10 chips are usually restricted to limit games. twice at the borg the floor has told my table $10 chips don't play (that was the 1k cap 5/10). --turnipmonster |

Where do they play 10/25nl? [/ QUOTE ] At the Borgata. Now (on weekends at least) there will be more than one (2 or 3?) 5-10 games (1K max buy in) and one 10-25 game (no max buy). That game doesn't usually have 10 players. If you are going to play 2-5 or 5-10, you will have to get on a waiting list. 10-25 you will probably be able to sit right down. And if the game is not going, there will be people sitting in the 5-10 who are hoping it gets going. This is all based on only 3 recent weekend trips to AC, so things could have changed. |
