zulu,

I would fold preflop. your hand is easily dominated by QQ-AA, and you're out of position to boot. an overcard is gonna flop slightly more than 50% of the time, that's not good for a hand that probably isnt even best anyways. MP's preflop raise probably means AA/KK. pick a better spot.

once you see the flop, I would wait until the turn to push this hand. no flush draw is folding, and all middle pairs are going to call your bet anyways. you can't really protect this hand on the flop, punish them with the double sized turn bet.
