Bonds & MLBPA.. Speculation on Yesterday\'s Roid Rage

Since Bonds is not a member of the Players' Association, and is therefore not subject to, nor afforded the protections and benefits of the collective bargaining agreement, can MLB impose whatever testing on him that they deem appropriate?

Also, are players on the DL subject to testing?
