also the way the river has been gotten to (horrid english) you might be able to make a thin value bet vs QT/JT/ace high/small pair. but if villain is tricky in the least checking is best.

Agreed. Villian is kinda loose PF, and at the moment all I saw was 9 7o, and wanted to find out. Did not realize at the moment that my weakish bet did tell my anything.
