He could have A7 and have you on a diamond draw. You are getting 5:1 on your money if you call down. That said, I have no idea what the right move is. I think I'd call him down though.

I can pay the same and see what he has by just calling. If he 3-bets me because he's feeling frisky with a little pocket pair and gets me to fold I lose the whole pot.
