Default Awful cards over 5.5 hours-- what are the odds?

Just returned from the Borgata $3/$6 Tables... and had a really miserable (boring) night of cards; played for 3 hours, with a break, then 2.5 hours.
My best hand: I got a pair of Jacks three times (won once, lost to aces twice)
I NEVER got a hand of AT or better (seriously)

Here's my question for the math majors out there: What are the odds of being dealt only three "Group 1 Hands" in 5.5 hours? Slantsky refers to Group 1 Hands being AA KK QQ JJ AKs. At the Borgata they claim 25 to 30 hands dealt per hour; with me playing 5.5 hours; that is about 125 hands.

Lost $180 over 5 hours. Many multiway pots. Thankfully in a sort of small way; I got no bad beats really, just a lot of laying down really.
I am interested to know what the odds are to be dealt just a few premium hands... Or am I out of line to expect a better number of premium starting hands?

Thanks--
JOHN

I did some quick math before, and figured that the odds of getting AA-QQ or AK are something like 1 in 50 hands. I could be totally off, but if that's right, then your hands weren't too strange.

That doesn't seem too unusual, it probably seemed worse because of the amount of time involved. Online you would have been dealt nearly double the amount of hands in the same time, so it would appear that you are recieving more premium hands. Personally can't stand the pace of live play. Someone once said poker is hours of boredom mixed in with a few moments of intense anxiety. Why do we play this game again? Oh yeah ... the money. JMO

No they said NLHE is.....

This is limit, the wrong forum, and a horrible mechanical game that at low limtis can only be beat for a decent rate by 24 tabling PP with PT PV...
