Default Losing with KK - Advice please?

I've been checking my PT stats and noticed that I'm losing money overall with KK - 6500 hands only 56% of times with KK won. I think I'm winning too few pots, when I do win they are relatively small and losing big pots. Am I overplaying?

Here are a few examples. Your comments on each is appreciated.

Hand #1
Villian is Lag, but fairly passive post flop - he's showndown and won with A80, A7s, 109o, and 23s (blind).

Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em, $.25 BB (9 handed) converter

CO ($2.85)
Hero ($54.75)
SB ($24.20)
BB ($30)
UTG ($7.75)
UTG+1 :#A500AF(Villian)/ ($9.85)
MP1 ($19.75)
MP2 ($34.50)
MP3 ($28)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG+1 :#A500AF(Villian)/ calls $0.25, MP1 calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP3 calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1.25</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, UTG+1 :#A500AF(Villian)/ calls $1, MP1 calls $1, MP3 folds.

Flop: ($4.35) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
Villian checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 bets $0.25</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $4</font>, Villian calls $4, MP1 folds.

Turn: ($12.60) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
Villian checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $4.6</font>, Villian calls $4.60 (All-In).

River: ($21.80) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players, 1 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $21.80

Hand #2

Villian is somewhat TAG - 23% VPIP in 26 hands. He did show down and won only one other hand - A4s flush from UTG+1 position.

Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em, $.25 BB (7 handed) converter

UTG ($14.25)
MP1 :#A500AF(Villian)/ ($24.50)
MP2 ($14.05)
CO ($9.95)
Button ($19)
Hero ($53.80)
BB ($11.40)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP1 :#A500AF(Villian)/ calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1.5</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP1 :#A500AF(Villian)/ calls $1.25, CO folds.

(converter didnt work so I'll do this manually)
Flop J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Hero bets $3.50. Villian calls.

Turn T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Hero bets $3.50. Villian calls.

River 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Hero checks. Villian checks.

Final Pot: $17.25

Hand #3 (notice smaller BB game)

Villian is Laggy 57% VPIP (only 30 hands), but pretty good post flop - took down a big pot with J6s. 100% win rate at showdown so far.

Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em, $.10 BB (10 handed) converter

UTG+2 ($9.89)
MP1 ($5.85)
MP2 ($10)
MP3 ($7.45)
Hero ($37.24)
Button ($5.20)
SB ($11.30)
BB ($16.05)
UTG ($9.05)
UTG+1 ($12.55)

Preflop: Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. MP2 posts a blind of $0.10.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG+1 calls $0.10, UTG+2 calls $0.10, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP2 (poster) checks, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.5</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, UTG+1 folds, UTG+2 calls $0.40, MP2 folds.

Flop: ($1.35) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG+2 bets $0.1</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1.25</font>, UTG+2 folds.

Final Pot: $2.70

Am I the victim of a couple beats in a still small sample size, or do I have a big leak to plug?

Default Re: Losing with KK - Advice please?

On hand #1, considering the board full of rags and his short stack, I was looking to get all his money in. (right?)
Is the flop raise too much? I see a lot of people using the min raise on the flop, especially in EP, as a "testing the water" bet. Then I'm committed to push the turn right?

Hand #2
I think I played this ok. No slowing down on the turn since he only had $3.50 left right?

Hand #3
Here is that min raise in EP again. Pot raise the flop is too much? Maybe I should go 2/3 or 3/4? I definately don't want to give correct odds to draw to the flush.

Your hands look ok to me. Hand 1 , you could have put him all-in on the flop since he only had about $4 over the pot price. Other than that, you look ok to me.

Do you ever bet the river with KK with an innocent looking board ? I realize hand 2 is kind of a scarey board so I think your check on the river is ok. Most of these hands are usual situations. Do you lay KK down to big raises on the flop ?

Also, one more question. Do you play Blackjack ? Just curious because I know of another MathProf and wondered if you were him.

Both hands (1 and 2) the villian was all in - so no river bets, but yes I'd probably bet the river if it went that far.

No I'm not the Blackjack guy - I gotta change my username. His reputation far exceeds mine.
