Default First Post (low content)

Hey everyone just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I usually play the 50's on Party and have brown trouted a couple of people here already so I figured I'd finally sign up and post instead of just reading everyone else's thoughts. Feel free to flame away for the useless post

Invalid first post.

First post has to be one of the following:

1) Bankroll question- how many buy-ins do I need, etc.

2) Can I make a living playing sngs?

3) Describing your unbeatable SNG system.

A semi-bad beat post isn't far off though.

LOL ok, a serious question then:

Anyone else get this annoying email from party? I'm guessing it just started yesterday since I'll now have to request about 30 tournament summaries that didn't get sent to me yesterday.

Dear The_Usher,

This is to bring to your notice that you have exceeded the daily limit of 100 Hand History requests.

Perhaps you are not aware that you can ask for up to 100 Hand Histories at a time. Checking Hand History logs has got a lot simpler. You do not need to ask for Hand History requests via email any more. You can now get your Hand History logs by going to the Hand History folder on your computer and opening them with any text editor like Notepad or MS Word.

You can find the Hand History folder is available in the PartyPoker client installation folder - the folder where you installed the PartyPoker.com software. Probably your client installation folder will be at: C:\Program Files\PartyPoker, so the Hand History folder will be at C:\Program Files\PartyPoker\HandHistory.

You also have the option to change the size of the Hand History folder and the number of days after which the oldest Hand History logs will be deleted. We have already set this as 10 MB or 30 days whichever is earlier.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our Customer Care Department is open 24/7 and we look forward to serving you.

Sincerely Yours,
Lucy Jones

annoying email from party? .....U think this is annoying? You're in for a few more treats....Have u tried to sit down at an S-5, but can't because the last seat is reserved - except u can't get on the reservation list....Have u opened a second account so to take advantage of a rakeback program, then have them freeze both accounts.....Have u tried to telephone the curiously-named "help" line (oh, b-t-w, do you speak the blend of pakistani/pigdin necessary to communicate with these useless Fxxks)....Have u had the chiplead in an S-5 with 5 players left when the screen blanks out & u can't get back in?....Don't worry, this "Is the thing about which we don't speak"

Several months ago I had my account frozen for some unknown reason at Party. So of course, that means quality time with Mikbar on the phone. After about an hour, I hang up in frustration.

That night, I dreamed that a friend was having a heart attack in front of me and I had to call 911.
Guess who answers? PP customer service. Apparently their English is just as poor in my subconscious, because I woke feeling frustrated and slightly pissed off.

I know this a cop-out, but a lot of hands up to that point had been raised by the players left behind me. That's all. I didn't want to have to fold my limp to a 100-chip raise and a caller. Am the only one who will fold 8's early from UTG+2? Certainly more frustrating for me than the OP's 3's when this happens...

Even I generally limp with 88 here, . But, if the guy behind you really is raising just about any hand....fold is good too.
