Funny you posted this, as about 2 hours ago I almost posted the same thing.

I was playing 0.5/1.0 at Pacific, typing a reply to another post when all of a sudden a windo pops up and i see before I know it that I raised with j5o from UTG+1. GRRR! I even got reraised, so just folded instead of seeing the flop.

Frustating as hell...

Speaking of which it almost happened again, this time I had QQ so an accidental raise wouldn't have been so bad aterall.
