Re: small blind problems today
Only other line I can think of is to lead the flop and turn, folding to a raise. But I don't like that really. You've got about 6 outs, and there's definitely a 9 out redraw on you out there.
If you don't wanna check/fold, bet the flop, if you get a caller or two, bet out again on the turn again, folding to a raise all along. |

how about check/raising the TAG? [/ QUOTE ] I don't think it will fold a high spade behind you, and the tag could easily have a hand like 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. I know the pot's big, but I really don't want to get heavily involved here. |

Re: small blind problems today
I think checking first out on the flop is a good choice. If everyone checks to MP1, who bets, it might be best to raise. But I'm wary getting involved in this pot unless it's Heads up.

Re: small blind problems today
EASY check fold, you cannot go any further with any certainty, pot size means little in this situation.
I mean are you wanting to draw to at most 8 dirty-as-hell outs? Not to mention you may be drawing dead. |
