Default Hand crafted dealer buttons?

I have a friend that owns/operates a glass blowing shop. I was visiting him this weekend and he a gave me an awesome hand made and one of a kind dealer button that he made. He also showed me some card protectors and other buttons he made. I started thinking and had a conversation with him about possibly selling some on e-bay. He does great work and I think he could sell more on the internet than in the mostly non-poker playing area that he lives in. I was wondering if any of you thought that it might me a good idea. I looked and was not able to find anything like these on e-bay. What do you think?

Sorry, no pics currently available (but will be soon).

It's a good idea, but we need pictures! plenty of pictures of every angle

I'd get one, but the shipping would cost me more then the button. I'm sure if you can sell these in a pokershop they'll be sold like candies.

Agreed. Sounds intriguing, but I gotta have pics before I could say I would be interested.

A level of customization would be apealing as well. Especially for card markers.

That is certainly an option.

Cool idea, but would definitely have to be cheap.

The prices we were throwing around were anywhere from $5-15. It's obviously going to be more expensive than the plastic white ones because these are glass, hand made, and customizable (to a point). Nothing is for sure yet. We still have a lot to talk about.

Do they say "dealer" on them or is it swirly glass? I was wanting a big-ass button that says "CHOICE" on it.

Do they change color with use? (heh, just kidding... these dealer buttons are for TOBACCO use only!)

The one he gave me had a big "D" in it (it's inside-out glass). "D" for dealer. "D" for deacsoft. But I'm sure he can make them say anything you'd like as long as it would fit.

Yes, they are intended for tabacco use only but once you get it home it's your business what you do with it.
