Default 88, interesting flop

UTG is a maniac.

SB is very loose/passive.

BB is also tremendously loose, but fairly aggressive.

I'd raise here. It's possible that you have the best hand and You want the naked Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] to fold. I doubt you'd get the K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] or the Ace but i like to raise to try to isolate the maniac

i say raise...
-monotone flops make people fold irrationally to displays of strength.
-noone is folding lone diamonds, but they may fold non-diamond overcards that keep you alive.
-you have a pretty good chance of having the best hand if no diamonds fall.

Okay, I thought this might be one of those "misplayed on every street hands", and it's beginning to look like I was right.

You guys all want to raise, so of course I just called. (Although I'm a bit surprised nobody said to wait, especially because the pot was so huge and the blinds could (and probably would) call profitably with pretty much anything.)

So let's say you want to raise, but accidentally click the 'call' button. Now what?

Fair enough.

How about this river then?

What's your play and your thinking process?

(Assume that UTG will always always pay off with a worse hand, and he will sometimes 3-bet as a bluff also.)

I think calling is fine. BB's bet was either a retarded semibluff or 2pr, and you just counterfeited two pair. Calling seems like it'll get in the most bets from hands that are pretty hopeless against you, and I can't see you folding a better hand here.
