Multiple Accounts on Same Poker Sites

I often see posts where people say they have set up an account for their wife. This means they basically have 2 accounts with partypoker, pokernow, Multiplayer, ect. Is this actually possible to do and if so how? My wife and I have the same bank accounts so would it even be possible to open up a neteller account in her name? If we were to use a separate bank for her and open up a neteller account would that then work? Thanks for any advice.
