Default Flop decision with 88

What to do here?

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Hero calls, 1 fold, Button calls, SB raises, BB calls, Hero calls, Button calls.

Flop: (8 SB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB bets, BB raises, Hero craps the bed?

Raise preflop. I think I 3-bet the flop, hope SB drops, and get to a showdown as cheaply as possible.
