As already stated, InterPoker. I'd be careful though as they have been quite suspect lately. I never did get paid for some of my hands during their 12 days promotion and I hear numerous occations of them not crediting people with the bonus.

I thought with Ryan on board things would change, but to me they seem to be getting worse over there.

No, just dealt KK. To answer your other question also, they just credit your account after you email them the hand numbers. Usually takes 2-3 days for them to credit you.
