Default very first hand from the party super thursday

all stacks are at T1000

hero is in the SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

folded to the CO who min raises to T30, hero calls as does BB.

flop is 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

hero checks, BB checks, CO bets T30, hero checkraises to T90, BB calls, CO folds.

turn is K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

hero checks, BB goes all in for T880

hero does what

Folds, I would hope.

What exactly do you think you're ahead of here? A maniac going all in on first hand? Lower flush draw? Pocket pair lower than T?

I doubt your current two pair of T and 3s is holding. An A3o called on the BB with 3 to the flop is reasonable. As is a Kx or Qx of hearts.

I'd say that unless you're willing to put an entire tournament on the line for a flush draw, on a board that has paired, you're folding here.

Just lead out on the flop/and lead out on the turn...stop checking...

To speak bluntly, if this lay down wasn't easy you shouldn't be playing in the Supers. And make sure you follow Don's advice of leading out on the flop and turn. You need to define your hand and checking doesn't do it. And if you lead out and get raised it's even easier to lay down a hand like this.
