Follow up to $2/$4 KK hand
This is the very next hand after the KK hand I just posted.
I now have about $640. Im UTG an open raise to $24 with AA. Same MP calls, cutoff calls (he was the button caller from last hand) and the SB calls. MP $200, Cutff has me covered, SB $250. The pot is $100. The flop comes AQ4 rainbow. I bet $100. Only the cutoff calls. Pot $200. The turn is a king. I bet $200 and he calls. Pot $400. The river is a 6. I push all in....Easy hand right? I only posted it because of the last hand where I said I had AK (but really had KK) Should I have played any differently because of the prior hand? |

Re: Follow up to $2/$4 KK hand
wouldn't the pot be 300 on the flop and 700 on the turn if he called both streets?
if so, you're betting like 340 more into a 700 pot. easy push. |

Re: Follow up to $2/$4 KK hand
Yeah, your right, the pot mustve been $300 at the turn. I definately bet $200 though. I cant believe he called that and folded the river. 2 black chips sitting out and he calls. Gotta love it.
I cant imagine what he had. AQ maybe? Maybe he wouldve called another $150 instead of the push? Who knows. |
