Did I play this right? Villain was 29/18/1.75/38.

I bet/fold the river. You'll be ahead here often enough, and BB doesn't seem to hold a hand strong enough to raise a blank. Since it'd be highly illogical to check/raise anything less than a pair of aces on the river, against most players you can safely fold.
