I like betting the flop isntead of checking it, unless I am pretty sure button is going to bet.

I prolly check/call this river

i think you see a bet enough on the flop that a c/r is fine

i usually check call this river except vs the most loose/passive players. the flop seems drawy enough that you will see an aggressive player put in a bet enough of the time. also you hate to get raised on the river by a player you dont know is aggressive, and have to lay down you rhand.

if this river were heads up, i would check call vs normal players and value bet vs very loose/bad players.

I was thinking fold preflop here too, I want to see a few more people concur with this though. Folding preflop IS the right thing to do... right?

I'd complete this every time out of the SB and i don't think it's close. But I'd check-call the river against most foes.

Absolutely not a fold preflop. I probably check/call the river.

To echo everbody else, folding preflop is out of the question. I usually just lead the flop in this situation. If i'm called on the flop and the turn i'll bet the river as well (and folding to a raise much of the time). Given the fact that you check/raised the flop I think check/calling the river is a fine idea.

I think an argument can be made for raising preflop. The button is obviously an idiot because he open limped on the button. If you raise theres a good chance you can knock the BB out and take it down with a bet on the flop.
