Default Ethical Dillema about reporting a spamming affiliate.

So this moron is spamming my 3/6 tables like a moron advertising rakeback on party servers... okay, so he's stupid.

I IM him to play along and he's offering 20% of his 20%. so a total pittance.

Should I or should I not send the IM conversation of him promising rakeback + the text of him spamming party tables and report him to party affiliate authorities? It'll be easy for them to track him because he made me a custom bonus code...

Party might give me a bounty so to speak and I have absolutely no pity for this fool

Thoughts?

you have approximately 0% chance of getting a bounty, i'd say. But i hate spammers with a fiery passion that burns deep within me, so burn the bastard.

Yes, weed out spammers wherever they hide.

What's the dilemma?

you can report him just by the fact that he was spamming your table.
You don't need to send any info about the specific tracker or any rake-back deal he offered.

Just say he was spamming at your table and offering this thing called 'rake-back' which you know doesn't exist and is a big sham.

Can somebody tell me what the big dilemma is here? I'm missing something....but I haven't slept for awhile as you all very well know.

The only dilemma is that you haven't done it already. I like the fake-interest line as well. Nice Hand.

Here's an update:

I compiled a lot of evidence against him, most damning is that he created a custom bonus code for me. He IM'ed me today and asked if i had signed up. I asked him for the bonus code and he gave it to me again.

I then told him that he had broken three major rules and that I would report him unless he paid me $50. He obliged.
