Default Re: Keeping a book of tournaments?

- Date of tournament
- Location of tournament
- Starting time of tournament
- Ending time (time when your play was done)
- Type of tournament (NLHE, FLHE, PLO8, ect.)
- Buy In amount
- Buy in fee (vig).....keep this separately from buyin....i.e. $50 + $5
- How many players started.
- Where you finished
- $$ Win/Loss for each tournament

Keep these in a database where you can get totals for all above categories and can search and/or sort by any off them, and you will have a much better idea of how you're doing.

FWIW, I keep a 'tally sheet' with above listed in columns on my desk. I complete each line for every tournament I play, and transfer the info into my database at my convenience.
