Ripped off by Ultimate Bet

Im in a $215 6 man tourney, and all of a sudden I get disconnected. I try to find the table, and its gone. I manage to locate a few of the other players at the table, they are locked out too.

Starting with 6000 chips on the table, I had 500ish. One player had 1410, another had about 2000. UB refunds us the following amounts-
me - $43.36
chipleader - $215
1410 guy - $3.66!!!!!!

What a joke. Does this happen often?

Into UB's coffers, obviously. I think I'm going to be very hesitant to deposit at UB, myself.

Well based on chip counts there was most likely a few other players in but the 3 listed have 50% of the chips and only 1/6thish of the payout.

The player with the least chips was given $215.

After a few emails from support, we were all refunded $215.
