Default Bad call leads to a new buddy

First hand of the tourney, literally. I think my play is bad, but it leads to a new buddy...

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t15 (10 handed) converter

MP1 (t800)
MP2 (t800)
MP3 (t800)
Hero (t800)
Button (t800)
SB (t800)
BB (t800)
UTG (t800)
UTG+1 (t800)
UTG+2 (t800)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG raises to t30, 1 fold, UTG+2 calls t30, MP1 calls t30, 2 folds, Hero raises to t120, 1 fold, SB calls t110, 1 fold, UTG calls t90, UTG+2 folds, MP1 folds.

Flop: (t432.50) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, UTG bets t100, Hero raises to t300, SB folds, UTG calls t200.

Turn: (t1032.50) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)

Crap, the converter died, he pushes the rest of his stack in here (380 I think, the pot sizes arent right here)

River: (t1032.50) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)

Final Pot: t1032.50

Results in white below:
UTG has 7d 2c (high card, ace).
Hero has Qh Qd (one pair, queens).
Outcome: Hero wins t1032.50.

You have to fold this on the flop unless you already had a read on him from a previous tourney.
