Default internet poker for my friend

I have a friend who introduced me to poker and I am really happy he did. He played for real money deposited 40 bucks and played $25 buy in NL, needless to say he went broke after a few weeks, he is currently in a situation where he can't even spare more than 40 dollars to put up to keep playing and I suggest he just play micro limits but he cant find a site. He is under 21 so he cant play on UB, what other sites allow for 'penny' level NL tables?

Pokerstars.com offers games with 0.01/0.02 blinds, and Grandonlinepoker.com offer games with 0.05/0.10 blinds and tournament buy-ins as low as 0.10.

Paradise has micro-limit NL games too - not sure of the age requirements though.

Doyle's room has really small level games and even tourneys for 10 cents as well.
