Being out of position, I went for overcalls here. Standard?

CR the turn. That Ace is going to keep everyone in it, and you'll probably get three bet.

The board is pretty drawless on the flop so I think in general capturing overcalls is ok, but come the turn, I'm ready to jam it up.

seems like an easy flop bet hoping to 3-bet.

Yes, I would definetly bet this flop, this is where the money is on this hand, may even get to cap it if you get raised by one ace and reraised by the preflop raiser.

Agreed. This is a clear check/raise, hoping to get 3-bet so you can cap. Collecting overcalls is ok, but that second ace means you will probably get some action, and you're behind only to AA, A8, A7.

I really like leading with these hands b/c nobody will give you credit from the BB. There is a good chance you can both lead out, get raised and possibly reraised, call, and then check raise the turn.

By c/ring the turn, I face the field with 2 cold. If one of them has the A, they will raise anyway, at which time I can 3-bet or cap.

Then just lead the turn, and hope to put in extra bets -but one way or another you need to get more bets in there.
