Default What would it be worth to you?

I have been thinking about David and Mason and the change in the value of money since the first 2+2 book which probably sold for what was serious money when first published. Now we buy high quality poker books pretty cheap imo.

Many of us have put in enough time and effort studying poker to have earned a college degree and we make our win rate whatever that may be. Many of us are not happy with that rate whatever it may be...greed is greed after all.

What if tomorrow you log on to the forum and David or Mason have posted and tell us that they will share with us the money making secrets behind Holdem and we will at least double and probably triple our win rate after a few hours with the material and we will do this probably over the next ten years before the market becomes saturated with this information.

How much would you be willing to pay for this information knowing you could triple your win rate in a few weeks and do it for the next ten years at least?

Now a second question. How many people who paid for the information would have what it takes to use it consistantly over time?

I always think I can figure it out if someone else did, but that is not true in poker otherwise I would have been there all ready and I wasn't. Playing penny ante poker with the family since I was a kid did nothing for real money poker play. So I am guessing I would come up with whatever I thought it was worth to me and offer it in hopes it was enough. I would also guess less than 10% would actually use that information they payed so much for each and every hand.

What are your answers/thoughts?

Ask them what price they will tutor for, should be reasonable to play that way if they still mentor?

I'd imagine that for most posters there's no difference between the two.
