Default Raise For Value?

I Have about 10,000 Hands played at 2/4 and 3/6 at PP. I evaluated my stats using PT and found That I have a PFA around 1.5 and felt like this was too low. My V$PIP is around 21%, and I feel like if I can get this below 20% that my PFA will go up. That being said I also think that maybe I am missing Value Bets and Raises.

I ran into a hand in which I would usually be a little passive with, but felt that it might be a good opportunity to start being more agressive after the flop. This is my first post on this forum, but I have seen many hand histories placed here so bear with me if I make any mistakes with abreviations and relaying my message...

Here we go...
3/6 PP

Hero Is UTG+1 with 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

UTG LA-A Calls, Hero Calls, MP1 TA-A Raises, SB Folds, BB LA-A Calls, UTG Calls, Hero Calls. 8SB

Flop 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I figure Hero has 3-5's, 3-T's, 1-8's= 6 outs(not including diamonds that make my hand but put flush on board)

BB Bets, UTG Calls, Hero Calls, MP1 Raises, BB Calls, UTG Calls, Hero Raises (Value Bet?), MP1 Calls, BB Calls, UTG Calls. 10BB

Turn 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

BB Checks, UTG Checks, Hero Checks(Trying to trap LA-A for 2 bets), MP1 Bets, BB Folds, UTG Calls, Hero Raises, MP1 Calls, UTG Calls. 16BB

River T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

UTG Checks, Hero Bets, MP1 Raises, UTG Folds, Hero Raises, MP1 Calls. 22BB

MP1 Shows T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Hero wins 22BB

Is this a correct value bet, and if so was the play on the turn correct?

Hope its all understandable!!!

Okay I just found bison's hand converter and relized that I should not have posted results? I will try and use these two things to make better posts next time.

Nice flop checkraise. Your turn raise is bad, though; you don't have odds to be pumping any OESD, let alone a one-card OESD, on the turn, and I seriously doubt he's betting a hand worse than 88 here.

River is standard.
