Default a common problem....or maybe not

often times i find myself in a situation where i make what i believe was the correct play, but lose the hand to a player making a bad call then drawing out. his bad call doesnt bother me, i know thats where my long term profit comes from. what does bother me is how the loss affects my game. if this happens to me several times, i go on tilt. my way of tilting is perhaps slightly different from whats most common though. i become weak tight. i expect to lose. i see monsters under the bed. worst of all, i know longer make the plays that maximize my long term EV. anyone gone through this? any tips to overcome it? any input will be greatly appreciated.

Your type of tilt is quite common. Read my four part series at cardplayer.com.
