After clearing part of the Super Bowl bonus, I cashed out a bit over $1000 at 9:00am EST yesterday. It was in my Neteller account less than 9 hours later. Seems like they're really speeding things up.

Deposited near $1k in Paradise for bonus yesterday. Tried to withdraw some of that to put in for Empire bonus ASAP by starting a Neteller withdrawal at around 6:30 AM PST today.

It's after 7PM PST and no money in my Neteller account today. Support says that I'll probably get my money in the next 24 hours, but it might take up to 48.

So I just wanted to add the flip side to your example.

I have withdrawn before and it has been quicker. This is not a new account.

It's Noon PST the next day (30 hours since cashout request) and no money has arrived for me yet.

My guess is they're waiting until their deposit bonus expires so I don't try to double-dip to get the full amount (I was only a few bucks short of the $1k needed for max bonus.)

What do they have against me doing the Empire reload bonus? [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

i tried to cash out on thursday and it's still not in my neteller account...

You guys might want to email them because they locked my account. I deposited $200 for the Granny bonus and tried to withdraw it not too long after deposit and then tried to log back in to deposit for the SuperBowl bonus (mind you I still dont have the $200 back) and found that I couldnt log in. I emailed them and they changed my password, tried to log in and still no dice. Then I emailed back and they finally came around to telling me my account was locked because I tried to withdraw too soon (or some crap). I replied that I had the money to deposit for the SuperBowl bonus without needing the $200 back and they finally unlocked my account.

Maybe you triggered some security thing there by trying to cash too fast after deposit. Were your depo and withdraw methods the same?.
