Check or bet on the end?
Ok, here is one of those hands that I debate about whether or not i can bet the river. I feel that I very well could have the best hand, but don't really see anyone paying me off, only raising me if they made the straight. Should I being giving consideration to the fact that I can beat everything but the straight?
Notes on the players: Rdvkg is very loose and passive usually giving up most hands on the river unless very strong. Dices is just a fish, earlier chased a gutshot straight to crack my Aces and will play any two to the river and Keydet is just a predictable abc player with very loose raising standards who is very passive after the flop. rdvkg: -- -- AK No Good: -- -- KATAHDIN: -- -- Keydet: -- -- Chopper1898: 7s 7d Eddie Felson: -- -- Dices: -- -- sleepyZzZz: -- -- Pre-flop: AK No Good folds.KATAHDIN folds.Keydet raises to $20. Chopper1898 calls. Eddie Felson folds. Dices calls. sleepyZzZz folds. rdvkg calls. Flop (board: 8s 5d 6s): rdvkg checks. Keydet bets $10. Chopper1898 raises to $20. Dices calls. rdvkg calls. Keydet calls. (Wow great flop for me, I think i may have the best hand) Turn (board: 8s 5d 6s Jc): rdvkg checks. Keydet checks. Chopper1898 bets $20. Dices calls. rdvkg calls. Keydet folds. (Certain I have the best hand now.) River (board: 8s 5d 6s Jc 7c): rdvkg checks. What is my play here? |
