Re: Betting on Blackjack
[ QUOTE ]
Hello all, I am going on a cruise soon and I was considering playing some blackjack there. I already know how to count, but I have been told by some poeple that you dont have to if you use a proper betting strategy. I was wondering if anyone has had any success at this. Also, has anyone used the Gregorian strategy to any success? Thanks alot. [/ QUOTE ] You need to count. No betting strategy along can turn a negative expectation game into a positive one. |

Re: Betting on Blackjack
Gregorian is not sound mathematical strategy. DO NOT USE IT.
if you can find out the table rules for the cruise you are taking, you can generate a free basic strategy chart at www.blackjackinfo.com to take with you. you don't have to count in order to have a good time and not lose a ton of money, but the questions you ask here suggest that you're not ready to spread your bets out yet relative to the RC/TC and your RoR. especially out at sea where game regulation is minimal, I would be happy just with basic strat and maybe a good round of shuffleboard on the side. |
