Default Cold-call, raise, or fold this turn

10-handed 3/6 kill at B&M in reno. Mostly retired folks and regulars. They are passive players who play sort of in between the realm of loose and tight. It is almost as if they used to be real loose and have read some books but not gained too much from them other than tightening up some. They still sometimes play junk like 75o etc from MP and even EP.

Hero gets A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in CO

Preflop: 2 limpers before me, and I raise. SB, BB, and limpers call.

Flop (5 players, 10 SB) T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
All check to me, and I bet. SB folds, and the rest call

Turn (4 players 9BB) Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
BB bets, 1st limper raises, 2nd limper folds, HERO?????

My gut instinct is that this guy has hit a flush, but he could just have trips, and I am doubtful of a full house. With the nut straight, I beat the trips, and with the redraw to the nut flush, I can beat what I think he has- the flush. So, do you 3-bet or cold-call, and does anyone fold here?

I would call on the turn, hoping to see the river for just those two big bets.
