Marginal Hand Question

From your experience,
Marginal hands are ok to raise on preflop like A7s, AT0 in middle position if UTG people and people in front folds? so you should either raise or fold, but dont open limp right?

i dont remember reading that on SSH, if it was cover on SSH what page?
