Default 2/5 NL, Semi-Deep stacks

Almost full table. Villan has me covered by a lot, I have about $700. Villian is fairly solid, run very well lately, but fairly predictable.

I am on the BB with red deuces.

Single player posts $5 to play.

Villian is UTG+1, and raises to 30 (very unusual raise for him). I put him on large pocket pair, but not aces. One player calls near the button. I call (huge implied odds)

Flop [2c, 6h, 4h]
I bet 55. Villian makes it $282. I pause for a while and call.

Turn [Qs].

I check hoping he bets again, but he checks.

River [Kh] Completes the flush, but I am nearly positive he has a pair. If he has AK, he cant have the flush either. I push 400.

He has....? How's my line?

Unless there's something remarkable that you didn't tell us, not so good...

PS Reraise all-in on the flop.

Yep, I suck. He had Kings. I bust either way, but it would have made me feel better.

how big was the pot on the flop? $70 ?

if he's gonna bet $280 into a $70 + 55 pot, he's by all means commiting yourself and isn't getting away from this hand. why not push there?

your call on the flop is way to suspicious.

Well, by flat-calling his flop raise, you seem to think there was some chance that he'd fold if you moved in. There are, unfortunately 15 str8/flush action killing cards, in addition to the danger that he may check behind the turn, so re-raise pushing is the only way.
