Default Tracking Live Play and A Mac

This is a two part problem:

1)I get a chance to play in live Hold'em games several times a week. The games usually run from dusk till dawn or until everyone is too drunk or tired too play. Anyway, I was wondering what the best way to track hands/stats during live games. Other than taking a notebook and writing down everyhand I'm dealt, what the flop was, etc. what other ways are there?

2)I play on a Mac...I've found only two websites that support Mac. Pokerroom and Bugsy's Club. There is a third, but I've never seen a single person playing on it (market saturation). I know I'm losing money on all the bonuses that I could be gaining from skipping around to other sites. I've considered Virtual PC, but it's expensive enough that a cheap PC would more efficent to buy. The problem is I have a tiny apartment (closet sized)...Mac small...PC BIG, so space constraints is an issue. Any suggestions? How about more sites that support Mac.
