Default Absorbing and applying SSH?

I feel that i basically understand the concepts in SSH but i dont really know how to apply them to my game. I need some king of logical step by step guide to evaluate and apply the concepts to each hand as i get them. What process do you go through on each hand step by step to decide how to play the hand according the methods outlined in SSH?

I just finished SSHE and now I'm going back through the book and focusing on one section at a time as a play. practice makes perfect.

test yourself with the quizzes, discuss hands and techniques on these boards, post hands you are unsure of, search for discussions of SSH on these boards, and play poker.
