AK on AQx flop

2/4 shorthanded online. Villain is button, seems decent, nothing crazy. He's got about 300, i've got him covered. I've got a LAGgy image though, i've shown two bluffs in the last couple minutes.

Folded to button, who makes it $14 to go. SB folds, I call w/ AK in the BB. Sometimes I reraise here, but I doubt i'll get much respect.

Flop (~30): AQx
I bet $25, he calls.

Turn (~80) is another Q. I check, he bets $60 I call.

River is a blank. I bet $100, he raises $80 on top, all in, I call.


Based on the hands I've played with this guy, I'm almost positive he has an ace, so I was just trying to get all the money in the pot...if he's got AQ, so be it, but I think he might put me on clownshlt and call/push w/ any ace. Anyone like/dislike my play?
