Default A hand a friend played

PokerStars 0.50/1.00 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, Hero raises, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, MP3 calls, CO 3-bets, Button folds, SB calls, BB folds, Hero caps, MP3 calls, CO calls, SB calls.

Flop: (17 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP3 checks, CO bets, SB calls, Hero raises, MP3 calls, CO calls, SB calls.

Turn: (12.50 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, MP3 calls, CO folds, SB calls.

River: (15.50 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, MP3 calls, SB calls.

Final Pot: 18.50 BB

Super loose/aggressive table, top pair (or even what was once top pair) was winning 10+ bets left and right. I'm not sure how I can tell him to protect his hand here so I'd like some 2+2 advice. Maybe just c/r for the heck of value?

Even with the c/r on the flop, opponents are still getting 11-1 or so to call. Just find a way to get your money in with the best hand at the moment.

I might check/raise the flop and then check/raise the turn as well.

Looks fine.
