Default AA and a bad flop

Live 20-40 at Great Blue Heron

I have A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] in MP and open raise. Tight, unimaginative, weak player in the BB calls.

2 to the flop (2.25 BB): J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

BB bets, I raise, BB 3-bets.

What's your plan for the rest of the hand?

what could he do thise with?

A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ?
J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]?

a made flush or a set has you in a bad fix.

so this basically becomes a math problem, no? what are the odds on these range of hands based on your read of him and hand combos vs. pot odds, which others can do better than i.

EDIT TO ADD: despite all this talk about math, i don't see folding here, even if that means contradicting what i just said.

raise the turn or call down any non-scary's?

First, I think your flop line is off. Call and raise the a non- [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] on the turn. That may change everything. Where is the Blue Heron anyway, besides the local strip down the block here.

Now that the flop action went down. I'd still call and raise a non- [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] on the turn.

Take care Gam,
Joe Tall

Great Blue Heron Casino

About 45 min drive Northwest of Toronto. It's poker central in Ontario for at most another 5 days.

Why's that? Something related to CPP?

Call and raise the a non- [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] on the turn.

Even if he's tight predictable? Won't he give himself away if he has any sort of a hand that is badly beating my overpair?

Default RESULTS

I capped the flop.

The turn was an offsuit 3. He checked, I bet, he raised, and I folded.

Maybe I'm way out of line here, but given the change in the number and types of players since the television boom, I would just slam on the brakes and go into check and call mode (or even give serious consideration to just folding and waiting for a better opportunity). "Minimize Losses and Maximize Gains" Theory. This particular flop is very bad for AA without the A of Spades.

You drive FAST.

Took me almost an hour to get back to Thornhill tonight from there.
